Richard (Dick) Shirley

Unexpectedly, but peacefully on Saturday, 21st February 2026, in the care of the staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.

Dick will be forever missed by his loving wife Pat, sons Brian (Noeleen) and Roger (Shirley) and daughter Lynn (Charlie). Also his adored grandchildren Max, Poppy, Sam and Jack, brother-in-law Bill, sisters-in-law Carol and Frances, nieces, nephews, good neighbours, friends and all who knew him.

Funeral service in St.Patrick''s Church of Ireland, Church Square, Monaghan, Eircode H18 X993, on Tuesday, 24th February at 1pm. Followed by cremation in Lakelands Crematorium Cavan.

Callers welcome to the family home today (Monday) from 5pm until 9pm.
