Richard (Dick) Sweetnam

Sweetnam, Richard (Dick) on 20th December 2025, surrounded by his family, in the exceptional care of Leopardstown Care Centre. Dearly loved and loving husband of Jess and father of Georgina, Rebecca and the late Richard and devoted grandfather of Jessica, Finlay, Alec and Archie. Deeply mourned by his brother Michael, his son-in-law Colm, his daughter-in-law Margaret, his brother-in law Dan and sister-in-law Sheila, his nieces and nephew and by all his family and friends.

Funeral service will take place at 11.00 a.m. on Monday, 29th December 2025 in St. Matthias’ Church, Church Road, Killiney, Co Dublin A96 CP29, followed by private family burial. Donations if desired to MS Ireland or Blackrock Hospice.
