Richard (Dickie) Forristal, Danganmore, Dunnamaggin, Co. Kilkenny

 

Unexpectedly, but peacefully, at his residence on Tuesday, 13th August 2024.

 

Pre-deceased by his parents Larry and Stella, his brother Fr. Jim, his nephews Colin and Cormac and his brothers-in-law Martin Cleary and Dick O’Neill. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family, his wife Nellie (née Cleary), his daughters Estelle, Mairead, Fiona, Lisa, Ruth and Susan and their husbands and partners, sisters Alice (Mahony) and Maudie (O’Neill) and his brother Tom, grandchildren Richard, Seán, James, Redmond, Lucia, Hugo and Layla, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Molloy’s Funeral Home, Callan (Eircode R95 Y443) on Saturday, 17th August from 4pm to 7pm pausing for Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 6pm.

 

Funeral arriving to St. Leonard’s Church, Dunnamaggin, (Eircode R95 NN56) for Requiem Mass on Sunday, 18th August at 12 noon.

 

Burial will follow afterwards in Dunnamaggin Cemetery.

The usual Sunday morning mass in St. Leonard’s Church, Dunnamaggin at 11am will now be replaced with Richard’s RIP, Requiem Mass at 12 noon.
