Richard HAUGHTON

Richard (Badger) Haughton of Ballybrack, Co. Dublin, passed away peacefully, on Friday 29th September, 2023, in the loving care of his family and the staff at Blackrock Hospice, following a short illness, bravely borne. Beloved son of the late Dick and Molly Haughton and brother of Elizabeth and Stephen. He will be deeply missed by his partner Betty together with her children Gillian, Brian and Susanne, grandchildren Chloe, Saoirse and Caitlin, great-grandchildren Freya and Elsie, sister Liz, brother-in-law Mick, aunts, uncles, cousins, his wide circle of friends and his four-legged friend Buddy.

Reposing at his home on Monday (Oct.2) from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. Removal from there on Tuesday morning (Oct.3) at 10.40am, walking to the Church of Saints’ Alphonsus and Columba, Ballybrack Village, arriving for Requiem Mass at 11.00am, followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery.
