O'FLAHERTY (Malahide) - April 15, 2014, (peacefully), at The Mater Hospital, Richard; deeply regretted by his loving wife Madeline, sons Dermot, Brian, Garry and Ken, sister Anne, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, relatives and friends.

Removal on Wednesday evening from Rocks Funeral Home, Swords to St Sylvester's Church, Malahide arriving 5.30pm. Funeral after 10am Prayers on Thursday to Fingal Cemetery, Balgriffin. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to the Mater Hospital Foundation.
