Richard (Richie) Fitzgerald

Fitzgerald, Richard (Richie) (Kingswood and formerly from Donnycarney) 24th February 2026. Passed peacefully, following a short illness, in Tallaght Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Pre-deceased by his dear parents Barney and Rosie, his brother Bernard and sisters Marie and Rosaleen. Beloved partner and best friend to Mary, and loving father to Bernard and Suzanne, loving Stepfather to Lisa, adored grandfather of Jude, Sophie, Ethan, Beth, Corey, Alan and Jimi. Richie will be forever loved and remembered by his family, brothers Sean and Tony, sisters Brenda and Antoinette, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home, Tallaght Village, on Friday (27th February) from 5.30pm until 8pm. A celebration of Richie’s life will take place in Newlands Cross Crematorium on Saturday (28th February) at 10am. To view Richie’s Service, please click on link below.
