The death has occurred of
Richard (Richie) O'Donovan
O’DONOVAN (Kilmoylerane South, Ballinascarthy and late of Madame, Ballinascarthy): on July 17th 2022 at Cork University Hospital. RICHARD (Richie) beloved husband of Sadie (nee O’Mahony) much loved father to Christine, son of the late Richard (Dick) and Ellen. Sadly missed by his loving wife, daughter, Christine’s partner Shane McCarthy, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing in O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Clonakilty on Tuesday, July 19th 2022 from 6pm to 7pm with Prayers at 6.45pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday, July 20th 2022 at 11.30am in the Church of the Assumption, Ahiohill. Funeral afterwards to the adjoining cemetery.
Richard’s family would especially like to thank the doctors at Clonakilty Medical Centre, district nurses and home helps for the wonderful care they showed to Richie.

Richard’s funeral cortege will leave O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Clonakilty on Wednesday, July 20th 2022 at 10.30am proceeding via Patrick Street, Shannonvale, Madame, Ballinascarthy Village, Kilmoylerane South, Keel and onwards to the Church of the Assumption, Ahiohill for Requiem Mass at 11.30am.
