Richard Russell

Russell, Richard (21st December 2024) Clondalkin, formerly of Cabra West and of Guinness Brewery James' Street (peacefully) after a long illness bravely borne, surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of staff at Tallaght Hospital.

Beloved husband and best friend to Rosaleen, loving and devoted dad to Kenneth, David, Sarah-Jane, Judith and Simon; Richard will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his loving family, wife, children, his adored grandchildren Orlagh, Jessica, Emily, Keeley, Cameron, Alex, Abigail, Isabelle, Dylan, and Heather, daughters-in-law, sisters and brothers Kathleen, Vera, Olive, Austin and the late Brian, Joan and Greta, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and wide circle of friends.

Family flowers only, donations if desired, to the Irish Lung Fibrosis association.

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Monastery Road, Clondalkin Village on Friday (27th December) from 2pm-5pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday (28th December) at 11am in The Church of Immaculate Conception, Clondalkin Village followed by burial in Newlands Cross Cemetery arriving at approximately 1pm.
