The death has occurred of
Rio (Rita) Hogarty
(née O'Reilly)
Hogarty, Rio (Rita) (née O’Reilly) – (Clondalkin, Dublin 22.) 22nd December 2022. Peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff in the Sycamore unit, Cherry Orchard Hospital with her daughter by her side. Pre deceased by her loving husband Hugh and son-in-law Tony. Loving mam to Gwen and Patrick. Sadly missed by her daughter-in-law Caroline, grandchildren Nicola, Aaron, Erica and Alan, great-grandchildren Kourtney, Donicha, Isabella, Aoife, Odhrán and Jamie, sisters Frances and Collette, brother Joseph and sister-in-law Mary. Andy, Jade, Adam, Christopher, George, Thomas, Victoria, Joanne, Leticia, Joshua, Leo, Sarah, James, Rebecca and her many other foster children, nieces’, nephews, relatives’, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Stafford’s Funeral Home, Ballyfermot on 27th December 2pm to 4pm. Funeral mass will take place in the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Rowlagh, Clondalkin on the 28th December at 11am. Followed thereafter by cremation service at Newlands Cross Crematorium at 1pm.
Family flowers only, donations, if desired, in Rio’s name to The Foster Care Association Ireland.
