Coleman (Cork); on April 29th 2025, peacefully after a long illness bravely borne, surrounded by her family and in the care of the exceptional staff at the Mercy University Hospital; Rita (nee O’Mahony), Glenheights Road, Ballyvolane. Beloved wife of the late Paddy and loving mother of John, Anne, Phyllis, Patrick, Michelle and Katherine. Loving sister of the late Paddy.

Sadly missed by her loving family, sister and best friend Betty, brother Denis, her 12 adored grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.

Visitation at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Thursday 1st May from 5.00pm to 6.00pm with prayers at 5.45pm. Requiem Mass on Friday 2nd May at 11.00am in St. Oliver’s Church, Ballyvolane. Rita’s Mass will be lived streamed on the following link: https://www.churchservices.tv/corkstoliver. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully.
