Peacefully, at St. John's Hospital, Limerick. Beloved wife of John and adored mother of John, Michael, Stephen, Christopher, Wayne, Marilyn, Tracey and the late Jason. Sadly missed by her son-in-law David, cherished grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters, brothers, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, other relatives, friends and neighbours.

A private funeral will take place, due to government advice regarding public gatherings and with the agreement of the family. Those who would have liked to attend the funeral, but due to current restrictions cannot, please feel free to leave a message in the ‘condolences’ section below. Mass cards and letters of sympathy, can be posted to Cross' Funeral Directors.

Rita's cortege, will pass the family home, in Colbert Park, Tuesday (May 19th) at approx 1pm, for those wishing to pay their respects, while adhering to the current Covid–19 recommendations with respect to social distancing.

House strictly private please. No Flowers please. Donations, if desired, to the Children’s Grief Centre.
