Rita Costello

COSTELLO (née Hamill), Rita (Foxrock, Dublin 18). 16th May, 2024. Peacefully in her 97th year, in the tender care of the staff at the Newtown Park House Nursing Home and previously her home carers. Beloved wife of the late Tim and much loved mother of Margaret, Frank, Niamh, Tim and the late Thérèse. Very sadly missed by her loving family, daughters-in-law Sharon, Edel and Annette, sons-in-law Joe and Michael, grandchildren Jennifer, Stephen, Gareth, William, John, Richard, Brian, Sarah, Maeve, Shane, Ellen, Peter, William and Hien, treasured 22 great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law Thresa and Monica, brothers-in-law Billy and Frank wonderful friends and neighbours. Predeceased by her brothers Bobby and John, sisters Maureen, Eva, Patty and Nuala.

‘Ní bheidh a leitheid ann arís’

Rita will be reposing on Saturday 18th May from 3pm to 5pm in Carnegies Funeral Home, Monkstown, A94XK28. Funeral Mass on Monday, May 20th, at 11am in the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock followed by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery.
