Rita Cowley, née McCabe, Brookville Park, Drogheda, Co. Louth and formerly of Bothar Brugha.12th January. 2026.Peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family.Predeceased by her beloved husband Peter, brothers Terry and Brendan, sisters Jean and Ethna. Loving Mam to David, Trudy and Darren.Rita will be sadly missed by her sons, daughter, daughter-in-law Paula, son-in-law Rory, Darren’s partner Terry, grandchildren Chris, Dillon, Damon, Kate and Mark, brothers Raymond and Patsy, sister Betty, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, friends and a special mention for Janice and Helen.

May Rita Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing at her Home on Thursday from 4pm until 7pm.

Funeral Mass on Friday morning at 11:30am in Our Lady of Lourdes Church which can be live on www.saintpetersdrogheda.ie

Burial afterwards in St. Peter’s cemetery.

 

House private on Friday morning please.
