Rita Deasy

Deasy (Newcestown) on September 18th 2021 suddenly at Cork University Hospital. Rita (nee Cunningham), beloved wife of John, Bengour East and dear mother of Karen, Tracy, Sean, Alison, Aishling, William and Marie and loving grandmother of Adam and Josh.

Sadly missed by her loving husband, family, grandchildren, sisters Eileen, Josie and Kathleen, brothers John and Peadar, son-in-law Paul, Sean's partner Shashi, Shashi's daughter Bhooshita, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Rita's funeral cortege will leave her home on Wednesday at 11.30am approx. via Coolanagh en route to St. John the Baptist Church, Newcestown for a private Requiem Mass at 12 noon for family and close friends. Under new Government guidelines, the capacity of the church is limited to 50%. Funeral afterwards to St. Eltin's Cemetery, Kinsale.
