Rita Duane
(née Neville)

Formerly of Cleaghmore, Ballinasloe. Rita passed away peacefully at home, on Saturday 15th of June, 2024, following a recent illness. Predeceased by her brother John and her parents Nora and Toddy. Deeply loved and sadly missed by her husband Joe, daughters Eimear and Fiona, son David, grandchildren David, Leah, Sarah, Donnchadh, Caoimhe, Tommy, Aoife, Séan and Lochlann, sons-in-law Christy and Shane, daughter-in-law Angela. Rita will also be missed by her brothers Tommy, Declan and Michael and their wives Mari, Teresa and Anita, brothers-in-law Ger (and his wife Nora) and Des, sister-in-law Myra (and her husband John), aunt, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Rita will repose in Grenham's Funeral Home, Ballinasloe (H53 HK15), on Tuesday, the 18th of June, from 5pm to 7pm, with removal afterwards to St. Michael’s Church, Ballinasloe. Rita's Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, at 12 noon, with burial afterwards in Kilclooney Cemetery. Rita's Funeral Mass can be viewed via live stream on https://www.churchservices.tv/ballinasloe. House private, please.
