Fitzsimons (née O’Connor) (Dublin) March 23rd, 2026, peacefully, in the wonderful care of all the staff of John Houston Ward, St. James’s Hospital, Rita, late of Lauderdale Terrace and formerly of Oliver Bond House.

 

Beloved wife of the late Thomas and much-loved mother of Gerard, Thomas, and the late Martin. Sadly, missed and always remembered by her loving sons, her sister Bernie, brothers Eamonn, Michael and Tommy, daughter-in-law Ingrid, her cherished grandchildren Ella, Lewis, Emmy and Lucy, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

 

May Rita Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing at the Massey Bros. Funeral Home, 109 The Coombe, D08 AK10 on Thursday (March 26th) from 4pm to 6pm. Funeral Mass on Friday (March 27th) at 11am in John’s Lane Church, Thomas Street, followed by cremation to the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium.
