Rita Gahan
(née McNally)
Rita GAHAN (nee McNally) of Greystones, Co. Wicklow died peacefully after a short illness in the compassionate care of the doctors and nurses at St Vincent’s University Hospital on Sunday October 18th 2020. Beloved wife of the late Tommy and loving mother to Sheila, Eamonn, Kevin, Conor, Roisin, Gráinne, Maureen and Patrick; adored granny to Eamonn, Jackie, Simon, Robbie, Jack, Alice, Oyanne, Ronan, Christopher, Daniel and Matthew; and great-grandmother to Ava, Sean, Xander and Orlaith. Rita will be very sadly missed by her family, her dear brother Brian and sisters-in-law; her sons-in-law, daughters-in-law - Garratt, Julie, Jennifer, Asun, Ger, Jim and Kim; her nieces and nephews and her many friends and neighbours.
The funeral Mass will take place at the Church of the Holy Rosary, Greystones at 1pm on Thursday October 22nd. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, it will be private, but can be viewed on www.greystonesparish.ie.
