Rita Malone
(née Cummins)
MALONE (Cork) On 11th October 2022, peacefully, with great dignity and courage, in the presence of her loving daughter Geraldine, son-in-law Brian and grandchildren and in the tender and loving care of the doctors, nurses and staff of Marymount University Hospital and Hospice, RITA, (nee Cummins) late of St. Declan’s Road, Gurranabraher and Marks & Spencer. Much loved mother of Geraldine and Stephen, devoted grandmother of Shane, Daniel and Hayley. Sadly missed by her loving daughter, son, grandchildren, son-in-law, sister Peggy, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends, especially her many friends in Marks & Spencer.
Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street on Wednesday (12th October) from 10.00am, family in attendance from 6.00pm with Rosary at 7.00pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday (13th October) at 1.00pm in the Church of the Ascension, Gurranabraher. If you wish to view the Mass, click on https://www.gurranabraherparish.ie/webcam/ and follow link.
