The death has occurred of Rita (Margaret) O'Brien (nee Heery), St. Mary's Park, in her 102nd year. Predeceased by her husband William, son Derry, granddaughter Denise, brothers and sisters. She will be sadly missed by her sons John, Colum and Leo, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister Bernadette (Moloney), brother Joe Heery, daughters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at James Fox's Funeral Home, Abbeylands on Friday from 5 o clock until 9 o clock. Rita's cortège will leave James Fox's Funeral Home, Abbeylands, on Saturday morning at 9.45 o'clock, arriving to St. Oliver's Church for 10.30 o'clock Funeral Mass (max 50 people), which can be viewed on http://www.youtube.com/meathfuneralslive/live.
Burial afterwards in St. Mary's Cemetery. If you would like to offer your sympathies to the family, please do so in the condolence book below. In line with Government / HSE advice social distancing to be observed at all times.
