The death has occurred of
Rita Martin
(née Kiely)
Martin (Harbour View Road, Knocknaheeny, Cork), on November 3rd 2023, unexpectedly but peacefully at Cork University Hospital; Rita (née Kiely), beloved wife of William and much loved mother of Denise (O’Sullivan), Alfred, Jane (O’Neill), Edwin and Brian. Sadly missed by her heartbroken husband, sons, daughters, sons-in-law Con and Kieran, daughters-in-law Mary, Susie and Cathy, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister Peggy, brother Mossie, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.
Visitation at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Monday November 6th from 6.00pm to 7.00pm, with prayers at 6.45pm. Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s on The Hill Church, Knocknaheeny on Tuesday November 7th at 12.00 noon, which will be live-streamed on www.mycondolences.ie
Funeral afterwards to Old Kilcully Cemetery.
