O'Brien (nee Devane) (Dean Cavanagh Place, Kilkenny) 30th November 2022, peacefully, in the wonderful care of the nurses and staff of St. Anne's Ward at St. Columba's Hospital, Thomastown, Rita, predeceased by her loving husband Tom, infant daughter Margaret and daughter-in-law Jackie, beloved mother of John, Catharina, Trish and Tommy. Rita will be sadly missed by her loving family, brother Mick Devane, sons-in-law Dermot and Mick, daughter-in-law Tess, grandchildren Shane, Gary, Jess, Laura, Mikey, Margaret, Ellen, Becky, Libby, Conor and Daragh, great-grandchildren Jack, Charlotte, Sophie, Ruby and Robbie,nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May Rita Rest in Peace.

Reposing in Johnston's Funeral Home on Thursday (1st Dec) from 5pm with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 6.30pm. Requiem Mass on Friday morning at 11am in St. Mary's Cathedral, Kilkenny. Funeral afterwards to St. Kieran's Cemetery. House private please.
