Rita O'DOWD
(née McDermott)

Rita passed away (peacefully) at home. Beloved wife of Brendan and dearest mother of Rita, Kathleen, Madeline, Brenda and Emily. Deeply regretted by her loving sister Madeline (Kelly), sons-in-law Liam (O’Connell), Declan (Fitzpatrick), Pa (Carey), Joe (O’Toole), and Dermot (Kilbane), her 14 grandchildren, great grandsons, relatives and many friends.

Rest in Peace.

Arriving at St. Nicholas’ Church, Westbury on Tuesday, Sept 1st, at 6.30pm for prayers. Requiem Mass on Wednesday, Sept 2nd, at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Truagh Cemetery, Ardnacrusha (off the Broadford Road).
