(née Clancy)
Rita Redmond (née Clancy), The Harrow, Ferns, Co. Wexford and formerly Carrowfree, Kilrush, Co.Clare. Retired Teacher St Joseph's Primary School, Kilmuckridge. Passed away peacefully on Sunday 2nd Oct. 2022 in the loving care of the nurses and staff at Middletown House Nursing Home, Courtown. Beloved wife of the late Pat, dearly loved mother of Edward, Carl and Eileen, sister of Angela, Seán, Michael, Charlie and the late Mary, Peggy, Carroll, Sheila and Tony. Rita will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her family, daughter in-law Liz, Eileen's partner Joe Alessi, grand-daughters Rita, Katelyn and Anne, sisters in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, friends and former students from years past.

Reposing at Hammel's Funeral Home, Kilmuckridge on Wednesday from 4pm followed by removal at 6.45pm to St Cormac's Church, Boolavogue (via The Harrow) arriving for Reception Prayers at 7.30pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 11am (click HERE to view), followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery. Messages of sympathy can be expressed in the "Condolences" section below.
