Rita Waldron (née Hempenstall) Ounavarra, Ballycanew, Gorey, Co. Wexford and formerly of Clonattin Road, Gorey. Died 7th December 2023 peacefully at her residence. Beloved wife of William, loving mother of Lorraine, Tracy, Brendan, Stephen and Alma, sister of Mary and best friend of Caroline Huggins. Deeply regretted by her loving husband, sons, daughters, sister, grandchildren Shauna, Thomas, James, Jack, Jayden, Tammy, Alex, Tyler, Alfie and Josh, great-grandchildren Olivia and Oisin, son-in-law Jimmy, daughters-in-law Tanya and Orla, Lorraine's partner Philip, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Rita will be reposing at her sons residence (5 Clonattin Road, Gorey) on Sunday (10th December) from 4.00pm to 7.00pm. Removal will take place on Monday (11th December) at 11.30am to St. Michael's Church, Gorey for Funeral Mass at 12.00noon. Burial afterwards in St. Michael's Cemetery, Gorey. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to the I.S.P.C.A.
