Passed away peacefully with family by his side at Freeport Hospital, Kitchener, Ontario at the age of 58 years.
Beloved husband of Cara-Lee. Loving father of Kye and Jett. Dear son of Jack & Moya. Dear brother of John, Michael, Carl, Brendan, son-in-law of Peter van Rees (Virginia), brother-in-law Todd, and their families.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Deer Ridge Golf Club, 200 Deer Ridge Drive, Kitchener, ON N2P 2K5.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to The Canadian Cancer Society.
