Robert Armitage
Robert Armitage, Clonygowan, Ballyfin / Ballylusk, Ballyfin, Co.Laois. Died 15th July 2023, (unexpectedly), predeceased by his father Austin, sister Eithne, nephew Adam, and cousin Leslie. Sadly missed by wife Liz, stepchildren Finbarr, Hazel, Noel, Alan, Stephen and Robert, his 8 step grandchildren, mother Frances, brother Austin, sisters Gloria and Olivia, uncle Herbert, aunt Helen, sister-in-law Stephanie, brothers-in-law Robert and Paul, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing in Burke's Funeral Home, Mountrath on Tuesday evening from 4.30 p.m. concluding with prayers at 7.30 p.m. Removal on Wednesday afternoon at 2.15 p.m. to St. John the Baptist Church, Ballyfin, for Funeral Service at 3 p.m. (via Ballylusk), followed by Burial in the adjoining churchyard.
Family Flowers only please, donations if desired to the Irish Heart Foundation or to the Ballyfin Vintage Club.
Due to road works there will be a shuttle bus in operation from the Community Hall Ballyfin to St. John the Baptist Church Ballyfin.
