HYNES, Robert (Bob) (Ballybrack and formerly of Dalkey, Co. Dublin) – March 22nd 2025 peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff at Blackrock Hospice. Dearly beloved husband and soul mate to Mary, much loved Dad to Sarah Jane and Bobby, much loved father-in-law to Paul and Sheena. Dearly beloved granddad to Reyna and Romey and step granddad to Keigan, Shaunie & Anaia. Predeceased by his sisters Bomty and Barbara and his brother Noel. Sadly missed by his devoted wife, children, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, brothers Bernard and Anto, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

 

May he rest peacefully and breathe easy now.

 

Reposing at Patrick O'Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin A96 V962 on Wednesday (March 26th) from 5pm until 7pm (all welcome). A Civil Funeral Cremation Service to celebrate Robert’s life will take place at 12 noon on Thursday (March 27th) in St. Michael’s Cremation Services Chapel at Patrick O’Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin A96 V962 (all welcome).
