Robert (Bob) McCarthy

McCARTHY (Allenswood, Lucan, Co. Dublin and formerly of Tralee, Co. Kerry) August 3rd 2024 (peacefully) surrounded by his family and in the loving care of the staff at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown. Robert (Bob), beloved husband of May, cherished father of John, Tommy, Jean and Bobi, devoted grandfather of Eoin, Elena, Ella and Robert, dear brother of Seán and Noreen and the late Tadgh and Paddy and father-in-law of the late Joseph Reilly. Sadly missed by his loving family, daughters-in-law Helen and Rachel, Bobi’s partner Facundo, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and a large circle of friends.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Clonsilla on Wednesday evening (August 7th) from 5pm to 7pm. Removal to the Church of St. Charles Borromeo, Confey, Leixlip on Thursday morning (August 8th) arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by Cremation in Newlands Cross Crematorium.
