Robert (Bob, Robbie) Parker

The death has occurred of ROBERT (BOB/ROBBIE) PARKER aged 93 in the UK. Formerly of FENIT ISLAND, TRALEE, CO. KERRY he died peacefully on 24th November 2024 in the wonderful care of the staff at The Wimbledon Beaumont with his daughter by his side. Sadly, his son was unable to travel from Australia in time.

Bob, will be truly missed by his beloved children Nigel and Amanda. The last of a family of 10 siblings he will be remembered by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends as well as the dancing and Irish music fraternity in the UK. He and his accordion were renowned.

As Bob had a private cremation his children, Nigel and Amanda, are bringing his ashes home to Fenit, Co. Kerry. A memorial mass will be held at :

The Church of the Purification, Churchill (Fenit) Kerry on Friday, 3rd October 2025 at 2.00 followed by interment at the family tomb in Ardfert.
