The death has occurred of
Robert (Bob) Rooney
Rooney, Robert (Bob) (late of Drogheda, Carrick-on-Suir and Malahide) passed peacefully on 29th July 2023, at home, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his wife Alice (Lal) and his infant daughter Kathryn; will be very sadly missed by his children Alison, Robert, Bryan and Paul, son-in-law Stephen, daughters-in-law Paula, Caroline and Rachal, grandchildren Ava, Lara, Lucy, Conor, Ciara and Grace, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Staffords Funeral Home, Golf Links Road, Portmarnock on Tuesday afternoon, 1st August, from 3pm to 5pm. House Private on Wednesday. Removal on Thursday morning to St. Sylvester’s Church, Malahide, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in Fingal cemetery.
Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to St. Francis Hospice.
