The death has occurred of
Robert (Bobby) Fiddes
Fiddes (Cork) on October 28th 2025, peacefully in the presence of his loving family and the exceptional care of the staff of Ballynoe Nursing Home; Robert (Bobby) Farranferris Avenue, Farranree (late Oil Rigger & Member of Cork Ex Boxers). Beloved husband of Sheila (nee O’Mahony), loving father of John, Caroline (Varian) and Robert and brother of John, Eileen, Irene and the late Tony, Norma and Theresa. Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother, sisters, nephews, nieces, son-in-law Ger, daughters-in-law Deirdre and Jo, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Visitation at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Wednesday 29th October from 5pm-6pm with prayers at 5.45pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday 30th October at 12 Noon in the Church of the Resurrection, Farranree. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully.
