Robert (Bobby) O'Leary

Robert (Bobby) O’Leary, High Street, Gowran, Co. Kilkenny. Died peacefully in St. Columba’s Hospital, Thomastown, on Monday, 4 November 2024, aged 75 years.

Robert will be sadly missed by his wife, Gretta, and children, Brídín, Michael, Roseanne and Ursula, sons-in-law, Gareth, Shane and Jim, Michael’s partner Bríd, grandchildren, Élodie, Seán and Ted, sisters, Marguerite and Alicia, brother Tony, and extended family and friends. Predeceased by his sister Breda (Hehir) and brother Jimmy.

Reposing at Hehir's Funeral Home, Kilkenny, R95 FH90, on Wednesday, 6 November, from 5 - 7pm with rosary at 7pm. Removal Thursday, 7 November, to arrive at the Church of the Assumption, Gowran, R95 K640, for 11am Requiem Mass. Burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Robert’s family would like to thank the kindness and care provided by the staff in St. Mary’s and St. Anne’s wards, St. Columba’s Hospital.
