Robert "Bobby" Tangney

Robert passed away peacefully on the 18th of April 2026 surrounded by his loving family and in the wonderful care of the nurses and staff of St. Columbanus Nursing Home.

Beloved husband of Mary and loving father of Maria, Martina, Owen and Kieran. Sadly missed by his adored grandchildren Liam, Kiara, Luke, Conor, Molly and Ella, daughters-in-law Becca and Mary, son-in-law Glenn, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Robert is pre-deceased by his parents Eugene and Margaret and his sisters Maura and Peggy.

Reposing at O'Shea's Funeral Home, Killarney this Monday the 20th of April from 5:00pm to 6:30pm followed by removal to St. Mary's Church, Beaufort. Requiem Mass will take place at 11:30am on Tuesday morning followed by burial afterwards in Churchtown Cemetery.
