Robert Leggett

Leggett, Robert (Thomas) - (Cabra and formerly of Fota Island, Co. Cork). Late of Óglaigh na hÉireann (Irish Defence Forces). Died peacefully 4th November 2025, in the wonderful care of the staff at the Mater Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his beloved wife Patsy and his sons Derek and Liam. Robert will be very sadly missed by his daughters Janet and Linda, sons in law Gene and Stephen, grandchildren Mark, David, Robert, Christopher, Conor and Sophie. Their partners Caitríona, Zoe, Alfonso, Meg, Gráinne and Glen and great grandson Jamie. His sister Betty, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, neighbours and the kind and caring staff at Curam Care Home Navan Road.

Reposing at his daughter Janet’s home, on Sunday afternoon, the 9th November from 3pm to 6pm. Removal on Monday morning, the 10th November to the Church of Christ the King, Cabra arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium at 12.30pm.
