ROBERT (ROBBIE) STANTON

STANTON Robert (Robbie) Blackrock, Co. Dublin (suddenly) at home 28th February 2025.

 

Much loved husband of Arlene, dad and best friend to Tom and Seán, and son of the late Mona and Robert.

 

He will be greatly missed by his siblings John, Marie, Alice and Helen, Tom’s fiancée Lucy, Arlene’s siblings Sheena, Fiona and Maurice, and their spouses/partners John, Owen, Shane, JD, Dave and Gen.

 

A huge loss also felt by his nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many friends, especially those at Merrion Cricket Club and across the wider cricket community.

 

May he Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing on Wednesday evening (5th March) in Fanagans Funeral Home 19 The Crescent, Monkstown (A94 XK28) from 6.00 pm until 7.30 pm. Removal to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook on Thursday morning (6th March) for Funeral Mass at 11.00, followed by cremation at the Garden Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross.
