Rodger Gubbins

GUBBINS (late of Glounthaune and Glanmire, Cork): On February 24th February 2026, peacefully, at the Cork University Hospital, RODGER, beloved husband of Joan (née Browne), much loved father of Niall, Bernard, Sandra, Susan and Sharon, brother to Jimmy and the late Kitty (O’Sullivan) and Con, loving grandfather of Shauna, Zack, Michael, Sam, Amelia, Zoey, Luke, Emily, Erin and the late Ava.

 

Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, daughters-in-law Sinead and Lisa, son-in-law Michael, sisters-in-law Gretta, Mary and Betty, relatives, neighbours and friends.

 

Reposing at Barry Bros. Funeral Home, Hazelwood Glanmire on Friday (February 27th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

 

Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Saturday (February 28th) in the Sacred Heart Church, Glounthaune which will be live streamed
