Róisín McCarthy

McCarthy (Inniscarra and formerly of Rosslodge, South Douglas Rd) On 7th February 2022, Róisín passed away peacefully at her home at Curraleigh, Dripsey surrounded by her loving family, after a long illness bravely borne. Beloved wife of Flor and loving mother of Paul, Laura, Mark, Andrew and Jerry, daughter of the late Jerry and Joan McCarthy and beloved sister of Geraldine (O’Neill), Derry, Aine (O’Shea) and her late little brother Paul. Sadly missed by her heartbroken husband and family, sisters, brother, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Lying in repose at Crowley’s Funeral Home, Ballincollig, on Tuesday (8th February) from 6pm to 7.30pm for visitation. Requiem Mass on Wednesday (9th) at 2pm at the Church of St Mary and St John Ballincollig which will be live streamed on https://www.churchservices.tv/stmjballincollig followed by cremation at the Island Crematorium Ringaskiddy which can be viewed on https://www.islandcrematorium.ie/services/
