Roland Edward BENNER OBE

(Formerly of Malone Park, Belfast) 23rd August 2020, peacefully after a short illness at the Blackrock Clinic; beloved husband of Emer, loving father of Nicole (Murphy), Leisa (McFadden), Tanya (McHugh) and Jonathan and son of the late Frank and Gertrude Benner. Roland led a long, healthy and happy life, always a wonderful husband, father, father-in-law, Papa and friend.  He will be sorely missed by his family, his sons-in-law Kieran, Niall & David, his daughter-in-law, Jane, his twelve grandchildren, Richard, Andrew, Tanya, Joshua, Kaya, Benjamin, Alex, Sebastian, Lulu, Emma, Sam & Harry, and his many friends. May he rest in peace.

Our family send their love and appreciation to every person who made a difference to Roland’s final days in Blackrock Clinic. Due to government restrictions there will be a private family funeral taking place at this time.
