The death has occurred of
Ron PITMAN
RON PITMAN The Walk, Roscommon Town and formerly of Ballinaheglish, Co Roscommon and Portsmouth, England. April 10th, 2023. (Peacefully); in his 99th year, in the care of the staff at Portiuncula University Hospital, Ballinasloe. Beloved husband of Nora and much loved Dad to Sean, Gary and the late Michael. He will be very sadly missed by his family, his adored grandchildren Alan and Glen, great-granddaughter Bethony, sisters, extended family, good neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon on Thursday evening from 4.30 o’c until 6 o’c followed by removal to the Sacred Heart Church, Roscommon. Mass of the Resurrection on Friday at 11 o’c. Cremation afterwards at Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan at 4 o’c. For those wishing to offer their sympathies online, we suggest using the condolence link below.
