Rory (Bill) Sweeney
Rory (Bill) Sweeney, Innisfree, Sandhill Road, Ballybunion, Co. Kerry retired Creamery Manager Rattoo, Ballyduff and former Transport Manager, Kerry Group. 25th January 2021, in his 100th year (peacefully) in the loving care of the nurses and staff of Bon Secours Hospital, Tralee beloved husband of the late Eileen (Lawlor) and cherished father to the late Tim Sweeney. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his son Billy Sweeney, daughters Mary (Nodseth) and Anne (Sheehy), sons-in-law Vincent and Gunnar and daughter-in-law Leah, grandchildren Naomi, Graham, Camilla, Rose, Eileen, Santiago, Roderick and Josh, great-grandchildren Sadhbh, Aoibheann, Adeleide, Millie and Fionn-Rory, his brother-in-law Thomas Hennessy, sister-in-law Nell Sweeney, his nieces and nephews of the Sweeney, Hennessy, O’Brien, O’Donovan, Lawlor, Doyle, Keane and Power families, relatives, carers, neighbours and many friends.
Rest in Peace
A private family funeral will take place for Rory with the Requiem Mass being celebrated at 11:00am on Wednesday in St. John's Church, Ballybunion. Mass can be viewed via St. John's Church Facebook page (www.facebook.com/stjohnsparishballybunion). Internment afterwards in St. John's Cemetery, Ballybunion.
