Rory Richard Thompson

Thompson Richard, Rory, 28th November 2025 (Springfield and formerly of Ringsend) (unexpectedly), at home; beloved husband and best friend of Barbara, much loved dad of Zulica and Natasha and adored grandad of Cian and Regan. Rory will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters, grandchildren, sons-in-law Tony and Colin, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, The Square, Tallaght (opp Tallaght stadium) on Wednesday from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday at 10am in St Mark’s Church, Springfield and afterwards for burial in Newlands Cross Cemetery.

House private please.
