Rosanna RAFFERTY
RAFFERTY Roseanna (Rose) (Mulhuddart, Dublin and formerly of Cardiffsbridge Road, Finglas, Dublin) November 3rd. 2025 (peacefully) at her home. Beloved partner of John Hammond and dear mother of Johnny and Natalie and a devoted grandmother of Kellie, Lillierose, Chloe, Johnny Jnr., Charlie, Alisha and Jake and dear sister Catherine, Charlie, Sylvia, Annamarie, Patricia, Peter and Kenneth. Sadly missed by her loving family, Johnny’s fiancée Karen, Natalie’s partner Robert, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends R.I.P.
To honour Rose's wishes a Private Funeral will take place.
