Rosarie Desmond
(née Barrett)
Rosarie Desmond (Kerry Pike and formerly of Blarney Street) passed away peacefully at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice on April 1st 2026, surrounded by her family. Rosarie (née Barrett), beloved wife of Gerry and loving mother of Alan, Claire, Graham and Ronan will be deeply missed by her family; daughter-in-law Deirdre, son-in-law David, grandchildren Austin, Ferne and Blake, brothers Sean, Kieran and Paul, sister Margo, brothers-in-law Mick and Con, sisters-in-law Martina and Trish, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
May she rest in peace.
Lying in repose at Crowley’s Funeral Home, Ballincollig on Saturday (4th April) from 6pm to 7pm for visitation. Requiem Mass on Monday (6th) at 1pm at the Church of the Most Precious Blood, Clogheen. Funeral afterwards to the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy.
