Garvey (née O’Neill) Rose Marie, in her 93rd year (Ballymun Road, Parkside Hotel, North Circular Road, Searsons Pub, Portobello, Garvey’s Corner Pub, The Royal Hotel, Howth, Drumlish, Co. Longford, and New York, USA) on 26th January, 2026 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff of the Ardmore by Carechoice Nursing Home. Pre-deceased by her loving husband Eugene, sister Dolores, and her beloved parents Rosetta and James Patrick O’Neill. She will be sadly missed by her partner and carer Brian Harris, her nieces Rose Mary, Dolores and Bernadette, nephew James, brother-in-law Thomas Moriarty, sister-in-law Peggy McGovern, extended family, and many wonderful friends.

Reposing at the Fanagan Kirwan Funeral Home, Fairview Strand, on Thursday evening (29th January) from 5pm to 7pm.

Requiem Mass on Friday morning (30th January) at 10am in Corpus Christi Church, Homefarm Road, Drumcondra, followed by Funeral to Drumlish Cemetery, Co. Longford arriving at 2pm approx.
