Rose McGrath
(née Meighan)
Rose McGrath (née Meighan) (Milltown and formerly of Clonliffe Avenue, Ballybough) – February 6th, 2025, passed away peacefully at St. James’s Hospital, while surrounded by her family. Predeceased by her sister Mary, brothers Joe and John, brothers-in-law Maurice and Jack and sister-in-law Fidelma.
Sadly missed and remembered by all her loving family, husband Jimmy, her cherished and forever grateful children Brian, Lisa and Conor, sister Sadie, brothers Peter and Paddy, son-in-law Emmet, daughters-in-law Nicola and Suzanne, her adored grandchildren Lauren, Ryan and Jack, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May she Rest in Peace
Rose will repose at her home on Sunday (Feb 9th) from 4pm to 6pm. Removal on Monday morning (Feb 10th) to the Church of the Miraculous Medal, Bird Avenue arriving for 11am Mass, followed thereafter to Mount Jerome Crematorium.
Family flowers only please. Donations if desired in memory of Rose to a charity of your choice.
Jimmy, Brian, Lisa and Conor would like to take this opportunity to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of the Edward Bennett Ward at St. James’s Hospital for the wonderful care they gave to Rose during her time with them.
