MULLINS (nee Carr) Rose.  Riverwalk, Gort, Co. Galway and late of Ennis Road and Tiernevan, Gort.

Peacefully, in her 96th year, on the 9th of September 2022, in the tender care of the staff of St. Enda’s Ward U.H.G, surrounded by her loving family and friends.

Pre-deceased by her dear husband Albert, her beloved daughter-in-law Bernie, brother’s Vincent, Bobby, Miko, Kevin, sisters Pauline & Mai, her parents William & Agnes and by some great friends.

Cherished and much loved Rose will be sadly missed by her loving sons Sean and Michael (Mike), by her daughter-in-law Laura, and by Mike’s partner Theresa.

Nana will be fondly remembered by her adoring grandchildren Albert, Michael, Andrea, Bryan, Eleanor, Isabel, John, by her great grand daughter Makayla & Albert’s partner Emma. Deeply regretted by her nephews, nieces, brother-in-law Noel, sisters-in-law Mary & Margaret, cousins, relatives, extended family, neighbours & many loyal friends.

The funeral will take place in line with current government guidelines and restrictions.

Rose will lie in repose at St. Colmans Church, Tiernevan, Gort, (H91 K5W0) on Monday evening September 12th, from 5pm until 7pm. Rose’s Funeral cortège will arrive to St. Colman's Church, Gort, on Tuesday September 13th for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. The funeral will be live streamed on the Gort Parish Facebook Page, click the link to view https://www.facebook.com/StColmansChurch/. Burial will take place afterwards in St. Colman's Cemetery Gort. Flowers welcome as Rose loved flowers.

The family wish to thank all who cared for Rose over the years especially Joan and the most wonderful staff of The Little Flower Nursing Home, Labane, her carers Gina & Martina. Dr. Richard Joyce and all the staff at The Gort Medical Centre. A final thanks to all of our fantastic neighbours and friends for all they have done to help us.
