Rose O'Riordan
(née Ormond)
O’RIORDAN (Western Road, Cork):On February 22nd, 2025, peacefully at her home and in the presence of her loving family, ROSE (née Ormond), beloved wife of the late John (late of The Cork Examiner), dear mother of John, Paul, Mark and Rosemarie, sister of the late Stan, Claire, John and niece of the late Kitty.
Deeply missed and regretted by all her loving grandchildren, son-in-law, daughter-in- law, nephews and nieces. A special mention to all her very dear & cherished relatives, faithful neighbours and friends.
Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. on Wednesday (February 26th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.
Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Thursday (February 27th) in the Sacred Heart Church, Western Road which can be viewed
Funeral afterwards to St. Finbarr’s Cemetery.
Family flowers only, please. Donations if desired to Cork Penny Dinners or Marymount Hospice.
