Rose (Rosie) Mulcahy
(née Betson)

Rose Mulcahy (nee Rosie Betson) Bantry Park Road and late of Churchfield Place East. Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, after a long illness bravely borne, in the exceptional care of the fantastic staff of GB Ward, Cork University Hospital. A devoted mother to Mark, Stephen, Lisa and Laura, adored grandmother to Ryan, Kian, Carly and Michael and her outstanding daughter-in-law Michelle (3rd daughter). Beloved daughter of the late George and Elizabeth and sister of the late Jackie, Georgie, James, Breda, Theresa, Sadie, Maura, Esther and Betty.

Sadly missed by her heartbroken children, Michelle, grandchildren, brother Willum, sister Nan, brother-in-law Seamus, her best friends May Conway, Liz and George Mulcahy, Ann and John Crowley and Lila and Denis Neville.

Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street on Thursday (10th April) from 12noon, family in attendance from 4.00pm with Rosary at 5.00pm. Requiem Mass on Friday (11th April) at 11.00am in the North Cathedral. Funeral afterwards to St. Michael’s Cemetery, Blackrock.
