Rose Scanlon
(née Hickey)
Rose Scanlon (nee Hickey) Tonbwee, Castleisland, Co. Kerry and late of Crinnie, Castleisland, February 13th 2019, peacefully, in the presence of her family in the excellent care of the staff of the Bon Secours Hospital, Tralee. Beloved wife of the recently deceased John R.I.P. Sadly missed by her loving daughters Marie, Nóirin, Bridget, Margaret, Ann and Gráinne, sons-in-law, grandchildren, brothers Bertie and Timmy, sisters Margaret and Joan, all extended family, relatives, good neighbours and her many kind friends.
May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace
Reposing at Tangney's Funeral Home, Church Street, Castleisland, on Friday evening from 5pm to 7pm followed by removal to Castleisland Parish Church. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Michael's Cemetery, Killeentierna, Currow. No flowers, please. Donations, in lieu, to the Peter McVerry Trust c/o Tangney's Funeral Home Castleisland.
