The death has occurred of Rose Sheerin (née Devine) – Newlands, Mullingar, Co Westmeath and late of Cullyvore, Edgeworthstown, Co Longford – November 14th, 2025 (peacefully) at home surrounded by her family.

Predeceased by her husband Seamus, parents Bridget and Bill and sisters Kathleen and Nancy.

Deeply regretted by her loving sons Patrick and Jimmy, brother Jackie, daughter-in-law Mary, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

MAY ROSE REST IN PEACE

Reposing at Gilsenan’s Funeral Home, College Street, Mullingar (N91 K660) on Monday November 17th from 4.30 pm to 6 pm with Removal to the Cathedral of Christ the King arriving at 6.30 pm.
Rose’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday November 18th at 11 am and may be viewed on the live webcam below. Burial afterwards in Ballyglass Cemetery.
